Return & Refund Policy

If you change your mind, returns may still be accepted within 10 days, subject to a small processing fee (0–5% of item price) to cover operational costs.

For rejected deliveries or opened packages that are not defective, Alfathiaa reserves the right to deduct handling fees.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after inspection.
