Return

Thank you for shopping at Alfathiaa. We truly appreciate your trust and want to make sure you have a smooth and rewarding experience while shopping with us.

As with any shopping experience, there are certain terms that apply to transactions made at Alfathiaa.com. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with this Return & Refund Policy.

You can return a product if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (and still sealed in original packaging).
  • The product is damaged or defective compared to what was listed on our website.

You can also return a product for a change-of-mind reason within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The packaging has not been opened and there are no visible scratches, marks, or signs of wear.

In such cases, we will issue a refund, but we may deduct an operational handling fee to cover processing costs.
This fee may range from 0% to 20% of the item’s price, plus shipping fees (up to AED 150).

If the packaging has been opened but the product is not defective and remains unused with no visible marks, a 20% deduction + shipping fee (up to AED 150) will apply for refund or exchange.

Refunds

At Alfathiaa, we are committed to providing high-quality, thoroughly inspected products. However, sometimes due to inventory or quality control issues, your order may need to be canceled or refunded.

In such cases:

  • If you paid using online payment, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment once verified by our team.
  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Please note:

  • Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • You will receive a notification once your refund has been completed.

We take utmost care during packaging to avoid damage in transit, but Alfathiaa is not liable for any damage caused during shipping or transportation by courier partners.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, the return shipping cost will still apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery to our facility.

Personal Data and Device Information

If you are returning a preowned or electronic device, please make sure to:

  • Backup your data.
  • Remove any passwords or locks (e.g., iCloud, Google lock, passcodes).
  • Deactivate “Find My iPhone” or similar features.

Alfathiaa is not responsible for any loss of data, personal files, or device locks that remain on returned items.
